1. Scope
These terms apply to services provided by Mugwetkyro GmbH (Mugwetkyro), Siebensterngasse 19, 1070 Wien, to clients and business customers. Your own terms apply only if we confirm them in writing.
The Privacy policy, the Data processing agreement where relevant, and the Disclaimer supplement these terms. Your individual quote prevails if it conflicts with this document.
2. Definitions

3. Quotes and contract formation
Enquiries via Contact, +43 1 996 42 18 or [email protected] are non-binding. We usually send a quote within 2 business days with scope, date, price including 20% VAT and payment steps. The contract is formed when you confirm the quote in writing and the deposit reaches us.
Until the deposit is paid, dates remain open. Indicative rates on Services (e.g. €290 for Mixing) are guides only; your quote governs.
4. Prices and extra time
Quoted prices are in euros and include statutory VAT unless marked net. Extra studio time beyond the booked block is billed only with your approval, pro rata at the hourly rate in the quote. Add-ons (extra formats, rush delivery, outside musicians) need prior written agreement.
5. Payment
The 30% deposit is due when the contract is formed and offsets the total. Consumers pay the balance before the session starts or before final files are delivered, unless the quote says otherwise.
Business clients may receive invoices payable within 14 days. Late payment may incur statutory interest and reminder fees. Until full payment we may withhold final mix/master files; raw material is archived per Article 11.
6. Reschedule and cancellation by the client

Send changes in writing to [email protected]. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected; see Article 7.
7. Withdrawal for consumers
Consumers who conclude a distance contract (email, online form) may have a 14-day withdrawal right under Austrian distance-selling rules where applicable.
If you ask us to start before the withdrawal period ends, you owe a fair amount for work already performed if you withdraw later. The right expires once the service is fully performed and you agreed we could begin early.

8. Cancellation by the studio
If we must cancel (equipment failure, illness, force majeure), we notify you promptly and offer a replacement date. If no agreement is reached, we refund amounts paid for the cancelled portion.
9. Sessions in the studio
Hours by appointment, generally Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 10–16. Up to 6 musicians may play together in the live room. Minors from age 16 are welcome only with written consent from a legal guardian and a responsible adult present.
Follow staff instructions and treat gear carefully. We may stop unsafe sessions; time used remains billable. You bring your own instruments and drives at your own risk.

10. Your cooperation
Deliver stems, multitracks, tempo info, references and approvals on time. Delays caused by incomplete material shift agreed deadlines. You warrant that you may use all content you provide.
11. Files, delivery and archiving
Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver mixes and masters via download link or your drive. Formats and loudness targets are fixed in the quote; see Master formats for streaming for orientation.
We keep project and raw files for 24 months after completion, then delete them on schedule. You must maintain your own backups. Extended storage can be agreed in writing for a fee.
12. Revisions
Mixing and Mastering include 2 revision rounds unless the quote states otherwise. One round means one bundled list of notes. Further rounds or a new artistic direction after approval are quoted separately.
13. Copyright and rights
You retain rights in works you bring. You confirm samples and lyrics are cleared. Economic rights in recordings you finance transfer to you upon full payment where transferable. We do not claim co-authorship of your compositions.
We do not use your recordings to train AI or clone voices without written consent from the person concerned. Reference mentions only with your approval.
14. Liability
We work to professional studio standards. Artistic outcome also depends on your preparation; we do not promise specific chart or streaming results. Website information is covered by the Disclaimer.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties, capped at foreseeable typical loss. Liability for personal injury and mandatory legal claims remains unchanged.
15. Data protection
We process personal data under our Privacy policy. If you are a business sending us data about artists or guests, our Data processing agreement may apply.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding CISG. Mandatory consumer protections in your EU home country remain available where required.
For business disputes, courts in Wien have jurisdiction where permitted. Consumers may also sue at home.
17. Final provisions
We may update these terms on mugwetkyro.digital; the version dated 15 October 2026 applies when you accept a quote. If one clause is invalid, the rest stays effective. The German text is legally authoritative; this English version is for convenience.
