Free until 7 days before the session. Later rules apply per terms; tell us immediately if you are ill.

If the calendar has a gap, yes. Mark the message urgent and list when you can talk. We only confirm real availability without squeezing the next client or cutting setup time.

One or two people in control is normal. Larger groups need a heads-up — monitoring and focus in the live room come first.

For a three- to four-minute track, plan two to four hours depending on prep and overdubs. Package per song up to three hours: €185.

Up to 6 in the 44 m² live room. Bigger line-ups need planning before you pay the deposit.

Extensions only on request and if the next booking allows. Billed at the booked service rate (e.g. €125 per band hour).

Your instruments, pedals and favourite mics are welcome. We provide baseline mics, headphones and cables — see band recording for details.

From 16 with written consent from a guardian who books and pays. Younger only by individual agreement.

Default: 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz (or your project rate). Mix/master as stereo WAV; preview MP3 on request. More: master formats.

Download link or upload to your cloud. Large band sessions can go to your drive — bring one or warn us ahead.

24 months on our systems, then deletion. Back up on receipt — we cannot restore files after the retention window.

2 bundled feedback rounds in package rates. Extra rounds by agreement at the hourly or package rate.

Aligned stems, clear names, reference track and tempo. Checklist: stem exports for mixing.

After full payment, usage rights pass to you as set out in quote and terms. The studio claims no rights in your works.

Yes if you hold rights to material and samples. Do not mix uncleared beats or guest stems without permission.

No. Client audio is not used to train AI models. Processing is for contract delivery only — privacy policy.

Only with your prior written OK. Default is discretion; portfolio asks are separate.

Guests need consent to record and publish. We can point to templates but do not provide legal advice — see terms.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card at the studio by arrangement. Business: 14 days net per terms.

30% of the quoted amount, credited to the balance. Without it the date stays open.
