Booking, payment, cancellation
- Enquiry via contact with project outline and dates.
- Quote within 2 business days by email.
- Confirmation with 30% deposit; balance on session day (consumers) or 14 days net (business).
- Cancellation free until 7 days before; later per terms.
Mix/master packages include 2 revision rounds; extra by agreement.
