Accessibility statement
This English text is for convenience. The German version is legally authoritative. Barrierefreiheitserklärung
Summary
- We aim to make mugwetkyro.digital usable for as many people as possible — without claiming perfection.
- Target: WCAG 2.1 level AA; the consent banner works with keyboard focus.
- We list known gaps openly and fix them step by step.
- Report barriers at [email protected] — we usually reply within 2 business days.
1. Scope
This statement covers the public website of Mugwetkyro at mugwetkyro.digital — studio information in Wien (Siebensterngasse 19, 1070), Services & rates, Contact and legal pages. It is meant for visitors who use assistive technology, keyboard-only navigation, zoom or screen readers.
In-studio recording (3 rooms, live room about 44 m²) has separate physical conditions; for sessions we can discuss supportive workflows when you ask in advance.
2. Legal context and target standard
We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our technical target. EU rules such as the European Accessibility Act and Austrian implementation are evolving; we monitor them and improve mugwetkyro.digital incrementally.
This statement complements our privacy policy. The German version dated 15 October 2026 is legally authoritative; this English text is for information.
3. Measures on the site
When building mugwetkyro.digital we implemented or planned measures including:
- semantic HTML with heading hierarchy, landmarks and descriptive link text;
- colour contrast for body text and buttons in line with WCAG guidance where the design allows;
- focusable controls and visible focus indicators for keyboard users;
- alternative text for informative studio images;
- a consent banner with equivalent choices, reachable via and operable by keyboard;
- no auto-playing audio or strobing animation on information pages.
Fonts and scripts are served from mugwetkyro.digital; we do not load external icon or font CDNs that could add barriers.
4. Known limitations
Some barriers may remain. At present we are aware of or working on:
- future PDF downloads, if added, may not be fully tagged;
- linked map views (OpenStreetMap) follow the third-party interface;
- on very small screens, wide rate tables on Services may need horizontal scrolling;
- English copy mirrors structure; audio engineering terms may sound unfamiliar in screen readers.
We log reports internally and prioritise fixes by impact. There is no certification badge — only this statement.
5. Review method
This statement was updated on 15 October 2026. We sample pages with keyboard, 200 % zoom, contrast checks and occasional screen reader tests on current operating systems. Automated scans do not catch every issue, so your feedback matters.
Service rates (e.g. Vocals from €95 incl. 20 % VAT) appear as structured text in tables, not only as images.
6. Feedback and enforcement
If you hit a barrier — missing labels, insufficient contrast, unreachable controls — email [email protected] or call +43 1 996 42 18. Include the page URL or menu path, device, browser and assistive tech if any. We acknowledge receipt and respond after review.
If our answer is not enough, you may contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority where privacy is involved, or the competent market surveillance or dispute body once national enforcement routes for web accessibility clearly apply to our offer. Consumer terms: Terms and conditions.
