Who this service fits

Solo artists who want a second pair of ears after home recording, bands tracked live in our band recording room, and producers blending vocals & voice with beats all use the same mix pipeline.

Filmmakers and content creators also send dialogue beds with music when sound must carry the picture. We do not mix full albums without alignment: EP and album packages include a shared sonic brief so tracks sit together.

Stems, multitrack or session

Prefer stems: grouped tracks (e.g. Drums_Bus, Bass_DI, Gtrs_L, Vox_Lead) as WAV, 24-bit, project sample rate, all starting at sample 0. Up to 48 tracks per song is covered by €290.

Alternatively send the native session (Logic, Ableton, Pro Tools) if plugins are documented. We import in our control room with calibrated monitors — the team has tracked here since 2019 across 3 rooms.

• No stem length cap while the song stays under ten minutes
• MP3 or AAC alone is not accepted as the only source for the final mix
• Instrumental stems without vocals if vocals arrive separately

Targets: streaming, vinyl and picture

For streaming we keep mids readable, subs controlled and loudness that survives platform normalization without dulling the top end. On request we note target LUFS — see master formats & streaming delivery.

Vinyl needs mono-safe bass, tame sibilance and side-image awareness: we can deliver a mix ready for mastering or book mastering with us next.

For picture dialogue stays stable, music ducks under speech and effects stay modest so edit and grade are not fighting the mix.

Timeline and optional attendance

Mixing happens in Neubau — U3 Neubaugasse station, Siebensterngasse exit — about three minutes on foot to Siebensterngasse 19. Bus line 13A stops at Neubaugasse / Burggasse (around five minutes on foot).. You may listen in session during Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 10–16, often evenings when the street is quiet. Remote timestamp notes work equally well; many clients across Austria use only email.

After the brief is accepted, expect roughly five to ten business days to the first version, depending on track count and queue. Rush jobs are quoted separately when capacity allows.

Revisions and limits

2 rounds cover balance, EQ, compression, effects and loudness — not new recordings or extra tracks. New takes or late exports are billed as add-ons or a fresh package.

Each round is logged in writing. If something still feels open after included rounds, we quote hourly work before starting extras.

Delivery formats

Default is 24-bit WAV, stereo, project sample rate. Optionally:

• Instrumental and a cappella stems without the master bus
• MP3 references for internal approval (not for release)
• DDP prep only with mastering, not in mix-only packages

Password-protected download; raw material archived 24 months. Website hosting runs on World4You Internet Services GmbH — your audio is never published publicly.

Pricing and VAT

Mix packages are fixed fees including 20% VAT. B2B net per track: €241.67. EP and album tiers reduce the per-song cost when one sonic direction covers the set.

30% deposit on booking, balance before final files. B2B payment term 14 days on request. Free cancellation up to 7 days before the planned mix start — see terms.

Not included

Track editing (timing, tuning, heavy noise repair), producing new parts, release mastering, artwork and distribution are separate. We offer mastering and podcast post-production as their own services.
